Each Journey includes beautifully crafted Memory Markers that participants carry with them. When a marker is placed in a meaningful location, participants simply scan its QR code, upload a photo, and add a memory or reflection. Every placement becomes part of a private interactive Journey Map that grows over time as loved ones contribute from wherever life takes them.

In 1999, we lost our firstborn daughter. In 2021, our son died suddenly as he was just beginning adulthood. These losses reshaped our lives and left us searching for a way to hold onto love and connection. We longed for something tangible that made us feel close to them.
After our son passed, my family and I created three-dimensional clay fingerprints to have something to hold. We shared them with his community who came to honour his life and invited them to carry them to places that felt meaningful, photographing them, leaving reflections, and adding to a shared map created in his name.
